Profile
Mr. HolguÃn graduated with honors from the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario in 2006. Mr. HolguÃn was appointed as Colegial Mayor, the highest recognition for any student of the University. He obtained a postgraduate degree in Financial Law from the same university in 2008.
Mr. Holguin joined the firm in 2006 and currently is director in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group. He advises national and international clients in matters relating to the incorporation and operation of corporations in Colombia, negotiation of mercantile agreements, distribution schemes and cooperation agreements. Additionally, he provides advisory to clients in connection with the definition of structures for the investment in companies and vehicles across several sectors of the economy.

Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario. He holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Law from the same university and an LL.M. from Columbia University.
